The British Library
The British Library supports onsite readers in London and Boston Spa and offsite users worldwide.

Access to all reading rooms is free of charge. A pass is required to use the reading rooms at St Pancras. Passes are issued to people undertaking research who need to see items in the Library's collections which are not readily available elsewhere. Prospective readers need to contact the Reader Admissions Office for an application form and full details of registration.

A range of free enquiry lines as well as fee-based information and document supply services are available to users at home or at work, without the need for a personal visit.

To help people make the best use of information and to celebrate the diversity of its resources the Library arranges programmes of events, training and exhibitions. It also publishes its own extensive list of books, journals and electronic products.
